A seasoned veteran with over 30 years of experience in the building industry, founded Republic Home Builders in 2006. His deep understanding of the field stemmed from his previous role as Division Manager for Wayne Homes. Sandoval's leadership extends beyond his own company, as evidenced by his prominent roles in various builder's associations. He has served as president of the Fredericksburg Area Builders Association (FABA), demonstrating his commitment to his local community. Furthermore, he has held the esteemed position of state president for the Home Builders Association of Virginia (HBAV), expanding his influence and advocacy across the state. Sandoval continues to contribute his expertise as a member of the Board of Directors of the National Home Builders Association (NAHB), representing the interests of Virginia as their State Representative. His extensive experience and dedication to the industry make him a recognized leader and respected voice in homebuilding.
