Her diverse background includes working for real estate attorneys, where she handled pre- and post-closing processes, and for a title company, where she gained expertise in title research, policy preparation, and closings. With 27 years in the building industry and a realtor's license since 2017, Sheila possesses a comprehensive understanding of real estate transactions from start to finish. At Republic Home Builders, Sheila expertly manages lot development budgets, facilitates communication between you and your lender, and seamlessly handles all aspects of your closing. She finds great satisfaction in witnessing the completion of each home, personally handing over the keys, and seeing the joy on her customers' faces.
