Establish the Foundation

To have a long lasting home, it needs to be built on a strong foundation. At Republic Home Builders, we know this is a critical step and ensure it is done correctly the first time.Although the specific sequence of construction steps varies and overlaps, generally we build your home in the following order:

Footer installation
Form and pour walls
Perimeter drain

Framework and Roofing

Any quality home requires a sturdy structure and the framework is essentially the bones of the house. At Republic Home Builders we do the following:
